Finding Us on Louis Henna Blvd

Louis Henna Blvd runs east–west across the south end of Round Rock and crosses I-35, which is how most people reach us. If you are coming down from Georgetown or up from Austin, exit I-35 at Louis Henna and you are within a minute of the shop. From Pflugerville or Hutto, Louis Henna is the straight run west.

It is a real building at a real address. If you want to see where your car will be repaired before you commit to anything, drive by and look at it — we would rather you did.

If the Austin shop is genuinely easier for you to reach, use it. It is at 8300 N Lamar Blvd, Suite B102, and it does the same work to the same standard. The choice between our two shops is about your drive, not about the quality of the repair.

What Happens After the Accident

In Texas, the shop that repairs your car is your decision. Your insurance company can suggest a shop in its network, but it cannot require you to use one, and steering you away from the shop you chose is prohibited. If someone tells you the claim only works at a particular shop, that is not accurate.

Bring the car in, or have it towed here — you can direct the tow to us rather than to whichever yard the insurer suggests. We inspect the damage, photograph and document it for your insurer, and tell you what we actually found. Hidden damage usually turns up during disassembly rather than at the estimate, which is why the first number is an estimate and not a final bill.

From there we handle the insurer directly: the supplement, the approvals, the parts. In most cases you pay only your deductible and we bill your insurance company for the rest.

Insurance We Work With in Round Rock

We work with all major insurance carriers. We also hold direct repair relationships with State Farm — as a State Farm Select Service shop — as well as Chubb, Amica and Elephant, which moves those claims through a faster, pre-approved process.

Two exceptions, said plainly rather than found out on arrival: we do not accept Fred Loya or Alinsco claims. If that is your carrier, call before you drive over.

Everything on the insurance side is the same at both shops. A State Farm claim runs the same way at Louis Henna as it does on North Lamar.

What that is meant to rule out is the thing people fear about a multi-location shop: that one is the real one and the other is where the overflow goes. That is not how we run it. The estimator who looks at your car, the technicians who repair it and the person who hands your keys back are all in the building you dropped it at.
